TPS Food Make a Massive Expansion in 2016

PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk or better known by the name of TPS Food, became one of the reputable manufacturing company engaged in the consumer goods industry, and carries the stock code title as AISA in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

TPS Food was founded by Tan Pia Sioe in 1959, and still prevail until this year. The opportunity to be the first in the industry is still wide open for TPS Food. Therefore, every year, TPS Food set a growth target for the development of the industry.

In 2016, TPS Food targets a growth of 42.5% compared to last year. A Massive expansion is carried out by TPS Food to achieve growth in the industry this year.

The target had been set for each division, including the food division targets to rise by 50% to IDR 3.1 trillion, rice about 39% or around IDR 5.4 trillion. As well as palm oil to 53%, or around IDR 200 billion.

PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk has also been preparing for a capital expenditure budget of IDR 309 billion food, rice IDR 512 billion and IDR 387 billion palm oil. Not only expansion in the growth, TPS Food was also expanded its industry by the construction of two new rice warehouses.

First, warehouse PT. Success Abdi Karya Sakti with a payload capacity of 28,000 tons and PT. Jatisari Srirejeki with a capacity of 15,000 tons. Moreover, TPS Food was planned to complete two plants in South Sulawesi. With a production capacity of 120,000 tons each per year. The factory is located in Sidrap and Bone.
